Deposits and Withdrawals
Funds deposited via bKash are typically credited to your bedtbd account within a few minutes. There may be a slight delay during busy periods, but this should not exceed 15 minutes. If it takes longer than 15 minutes, contact live chat and provide your transaction ID.
The minimum deposit at bedtbd is ৳500 (by any method). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. These limits apply to all three methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. For small-stake betting, these limits are convenient for most players in Bangladesh.
Yes, withdrawals can be made via both Nagad and Rocket at bedtbd. When submitting a withdrawal request, make sure to confirm your registered Nagad or Rocket number. Each successful withdrawal is typically processed within 1 hour.
bedtbd does not charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, bKash, Nagad, or Rocket may apply their own transaction charges, which depend on the terms and conditions of the respective mobile banking app. Contact that platform's customer service for more details.
If more than 1 hour has passed since submitting your withdrawal request, first check whether your account verification (KYC) is complete and whether the wagering requirements on any active bonus have been met. If the issue persists, contact bedtbd live chat with your transaction number.
Currently, bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are supported for payments at bedtbd. If new payment methods are added in the future, they will be announced on the site. Mobile banking is currently the fastest and most convenient option.

bedtbd offers slot games from several top providers, including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and JILI. Fortune Tiger and Mahjong Ways from PG Soft, and Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza from Pragmatic Play are particularly popular. Crazy 777 and Fortune Gems from JILI are also favorites among players.
RTP (Return to Player) is the long-term average payout rate of a game, expressed as a percentage. For example, a 96% RTP means that on average ৳96 is returned for every ৳100 wagered. This is a long-term average and the result is not guaranteed in every session. Choosing games with a higher RTP is generally more favorable.
Yes, bedtbd's live casino is fully optimized for mobile. With a stable internet connection (4G or Wi-Fi), live dealer games can be enjoyed without interruption. Live table games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are specifically designed for mobile.
Aviator by Spribe is a crash game where a plane flies and a multiplier increases. The goal is to cash out before the plane crashes. A common approach is to cash out regularly at lower multipliers and play within your budget. Keep in mind that this is entirely based on chance and there is no guaranteed strategy.
bedtbd works only with accredited and tested game providers whose games are verified by independent laboratories. All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG), which keeps every outcome completely unbiased. SSL encryption keeps your data and transactions secure.

Bonuses and Promotions
The bedtbd welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 gives you the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, for a total of ৳62,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
A 15x wagering requirement means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount received before you can make a withdrawal. For example, if you received a ৳1,000 bonus, you need to place a total of ৳15,000 (1,000 × 15) in bets to become eligible for withdrawal. This condition can be met by playing games using the bonus funds.
The bedtbd VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate is up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, and 0.8% at Gold. You can gradually move up to higher tiers through regular play. Each tier comes with its own distinct benefits and priority service.
