Why Responsible Gaming Matters

Keep it Entertainment, Not a Problem

bedtbd serves players in Bangladesh as a safe and reliable platform. For us, responsible gaming is not a formality — it is part of our core values. We encourage every player to set a defined budget before playing, keep track of time, and never chase losses by placing repeated bets.

Online casino and sports betting can be a great source of entertainment, but only for those who play with awareness. At bedtbd we provide various tools and methods to help you monitor and control your gaming habits. On this page you will learn how to set deposit limits, activate self-exclusion, take breaks, and get support when needed.

Key Features of Responsible Gaming

Set Deposit Limits

Set the maximum amount you can deposit daily, weekly or monthly. This protects you from exceeding your budget and keeps your spending in check.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a temporary or permanent break from gaming, you can use the self-exclusion tool to suspend your account for a set period.

Time-Out Feature

Use the time-out for a short-term break. Take a break ranging from 24 hours to several weeks, according to your needs.

The Golden Rules of Responsible Gaming

Play for Entertainment Only

Do not think of gaming as a source of income. Set a fixed amount before each session and do not spend more than that.

Stick to Time Limits

Set aside a fixed amount of time for gaming. When the time is up, take a break regardless of the outcome.

Do Not Bet on Impulse

Avoid playing under stress, anger or frustration. Play calmly and with a clear mind.

Frequently Asked Questions

Responsible Gaming FAQ

bedtbd is only for individuals aged 21 or older. Age verification is mandatory during registration. If you suspect an underage person has an active account, please notify our support team immediately.

Log in to your account and go to the "Responsible Gaming" section in your profile settings. There you will find options to set daily, weekly or monthly limits. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing a limit takes effect after 24 hours. For any issues, contact us via live chat.

Self-exclusion is a feature that allows you to temporarily or permanently suspend gaming on your own account. It can be taken for a specific period (such as 30 days, 6 months or 1 year) or permanently. Once exclusion is active, the account cannot be reactivated before the set period ends.

A time-out is a short-term break — typically from 24 hours to a few weeks. It is suitable during temporary stress or fatigue. Self-exclusion is longer-term and provides stronger protection. If you feel gaming is becoming a real problem, choose self-exclusion.

Use parental control software on your device. Never share your bedtbd account password. It is best not to give minors access to payment apps (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). If you suspect an underage person is using an account, contact our support immediately.

Yes, any remaining balance in your account can be withdrawn during self-exclusion. Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. Contact our support team via live chat to learn about the specific process.
