Section 1

General Terms

Using the bedtbd website and platform means you fully agree to these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between bedtbd and the user.

These terms apply to users located in Bangladesh. Users in jurisdictions where online gaming or betting is completely prohibited may not use this platform.

bedtbd reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any change means you have accepted the new terms.

Section 2

Account Registration

To open a valid account at bedtbd, you must provide accurate and truthful personal information. Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

Information Required for Registration

• Full name (as per national ID card)
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• bKash / Nagad / Rocket account number (for payments)

Each person may only open one account. Operating multiple accounts for the same person is prohibited. If multiple accounts for the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

After registration, bedtbd may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

Age Limit and Eligibility

The minimum age to open and use an account at bedtbd is 21 years. Only those aged 21 or above may use this platform.

bedtbd is committed to protecting minors from online gaming. If a minor's account is detected, it will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Before processing a withdrawal, bedtbd reserves the right to verify your identity. If any unusual or suspicious transaction is detected, bedtbd may temporarily suspend the withdrawal process.

All financial transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions in any foreign currency are not permitted.

Bonuses and Promotions

bedtbd offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, and bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting those conditions.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
• Example: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 → Total balance ৳62,000

General Bonus Terms and Conditions

• A bonus can be claimed only once
• The wagering requirement must be met within a specified period from the date the bonus is issued
• The wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus
• The maximum bet amount may be limited while using a bonus
• Bonuses claimed through multiple accounts or by fraudulent means will be cancelled
• bedtbd reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time

Fair Play Policy

bedtbd is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming experience. All our games are operated impartially and there is no possibility of manipulation.

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG)
• No game result is predetermined
• Our platform is subject to regular third-party audits
• A user's gaming history is fully retained and used as evidence in case of disputes

If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical fault in a game, bedtbd reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the original amount.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bedtbd platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation, balance forfeiture, and legal action.

• Money laundering or using illegal funds
• Operating multiple accounts
• Using another person's account
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Claiming bonuses by fraudulent means
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage
• Harassing other users on the platform
• Placing bets with credit card funds or borrowed money
• Using a third party's account or payment method

Section 8

Account Suspension and Cancellation

In the following circumstances, bedtbd reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account without prior notice.

Reasons for Suspension

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• Providing false information or failing identity verification
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Suspicion of money laundering
• Identified as a minor
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

In the event of account cancellation, the balance will be returned if no terms have been violated. However, if evidence of a terms violation is found, the balance may be forfeited.

Gaming is a form of entertainment. bedtbd will not provide compensation for financial losses, as winning and losing are a normal part of gaming.
